I am real close to buying one, but first I have a few questions. Does it have a lamp life? And how does it create the 52 inch screen/image? Also, once I receive the headplay unit, if I am not satisfied with it how would I return it? Does the 30 day guarantee start once the product has been received or from shipping date? One final question, how long does the shipping take for inside the US.?

-it creates the illusion of having a personal cinema cause it encloses ur eyes from all sides and there seems to be some distance between the eye and the LCOS LCD thereby giving that feeling.
-not sure about the return policy but i think the return policy starts from the day they ship it cause they wont be tracking the delivery date i guess.cross check on this though.
-my shipping took about 8 days.i live in boston and it was shipped from redmond i believe.

Sorry this post is late.
No there is no lamp life.
The post below is correct , we create a virtual 52' image at 6 feet by creating a sense of depth with a single micro display and the focusing of each eye individually.
Our guarantee starts the moment the Headplay is shipped.
