 How to open the goggles for cleaning?

Hello,
I am using my headplay goggles for some days now and they are really great.

But, I still have difficulties getting the left eye picture sharp in all parts of the lense.

Today I discovered a tiny white particle on the inside of the left glass which makes the picture unsharp in this part.


I've bought the headplay in used condition so there is no warranty any more.

How do I open the goggles to clean the front glass?
