Brand new unit does not work

Unit powers up and displays loading screen then flashes random colors and some times just a blank screen.
I get no menu display after loading screen.
Brand new out of the box. order #5798841616
And help would be great.

Well I'm having the exact same problem. I got the glasses as a christmas present from my wife. She bought them from Future Hobbies. I already sent an email to Head Play asking them for a RMA number. Hopefully I'll hear from them soon.

Hey guys can you tell what happened, did you get a new working unit from headplay? Did somebody figured why they are not working?
