How can I adjust the picture in my HEADPLAY Visor?
Two pairs of adjusting sliders are located on the bottom of your Visor - one vertical pair and one horizontal pair. Move the horizontal sliders left and right to align the image before your eyes for correct inter-pupilar distance (IPD), which means the space between your eyes. Then move the vertical sliders backwards and forwards to sharply focus the images.

How do I contact Headplay for support?

How is the Headplay PCS different from other systems on the market?
There are several key differences between the Headplay Personal Cinema System and the rest of the market. First, and this may get a little technical, we look good. Our image quality is unrivaled in this market and aside from higher resolution than virtually anyone else, the way we deliver that resolution is stunning. Second, the immersive nature of the PCS makes watching movies like being in a theater and playing games like being in the game. And just for good measure, let's talk about flexibility, the PCS is more flexible than Mary Lou Retton! As a matter of fact you can connect it to an incredible number of devices including game consoles, DVD players, cable/satellite boxes, computers, compact flash cards, USB storage devices, cell phones, MP3 players, MP4 players, a can of tomato soup (ok, not a can of soup) and LOTS of other things.
Is it HD?
Funny, that's what most people ask when they try the Headplay Personal Cinema System. In actuality, that crystal clear, Pixel-Perfect image you see is high-resolution enhanced definition.
Is the Headplay Personal Cinema System available in retail outlets?
The Headplay Personal Cinema System is currently available at www.headplay.com and select other websites.
Is the Personal Cinema System available in Europe?
Not yet, but we're working on it. Keep checking this site and we'll let you know as soon as the Geschäft, Magasin, Negozio, Tienda & Ye Olde Shoppe open for business.
What is the return policy?
Why would you want to return the Headplay PCS? Well, just in case you do, we have a 30 day money back policy.
What is the warranty policy?

Will my order arrive in time for Christmas? Easter? Halloween?
Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may include extra transit time in case of unforeseen delays, freak storms, alien invasions, etc. Late deliveries are always a possibility, but Headplay will do its best to ensure late deliveries are as infrequent as super-humanly possible.
What if I wear glasses?
This won't exclude you from playing in the HEADPLAY universe. Simply remove your glasses, put on the visor, and then adjust the focus sliders - they encompass a wide range of optical settings. Thanks to state-of-the-art technology, you will be able to view media through your HEADPLAY viewer as clearly and as sharply as if you were wearing your glasses!
Is the PCS comfortable for extended viewing?
Yes, working with world renowned industrial design firm Ideo, we are able to package our technology in a design so ergonomically advanced that the PCS can be used for hours at a time.
How long can my HEADPLAY unit run on battery power?
When fully charged, the battery pack provides up to six hours of playtime. You can always check how much power is remaining in your battery by checking the battery status on the menu title bar. A warning message will flash on your screen if the battery runs low on power while your HEADPLAY is operating.
I've got a giant head (like a pumpkin really) will the PCS fit me?
More than likely. The PCS was designed to accommodate more than 90% of the world's head geometries.
I've got a very small noggin, is this thing going to slip down past my ears and rest on my shoulders?

If a train is heading west at 50 MPH on a sunny day and another train speeds by at 100 MPH, what are the names of the engineers?
This is a difficult question to answer, but if the passengers are wearing the Headplay PCS they're probably having a hell of a time.
Does the PCS come in other colors?
Not yet. Any suggestions?
Can I use the PCS while I drive?
Nope. However, you can use the PCS in a car, boat, plane, train, even a horse-drawn wagon, but only as a passenger. Never operate a motor (or animal powered) vehicle or other heavy equipment while using the Headplay PCS.
